Book Club We are reading The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins. If you enjoyed the insanity that is Gone Girl, this is right up your alley. Stop by Mr. B’s room if you would like a copy or talk to Abey Wade or Lily Splawn, they can help get a copy in your hands. Christmas break is a the perfect time to curl up with a good book. We will head to Schuler’s for coffee and discussion in early January. Get your copy today! finally, if you are in Book Club, pictures are this Friday during Seminar. (12/18)


Feminist Club will be meeting in the presentation room today.


If you have a High School library book and leave it in your seminar class for SSR reading, it is probably overdue and needs to be renewed or returned. All overdue books need to be either returned or renewed before break. Please see Mrs. Sheridan in the library for any questions.


All Students Interested in  modeling clothing from Lansing area fashion start-ups as part of a regional fashion show should attend a meeting today in Mr. Croley’s room during Seminar.

Athletics / Recognitions


Men’s Swim and Dive Cruises to Victory over East Lansing winning the meet 110-76 last night. DeWitt won the 200 and 400 Free Relay with the teams of Cam Sackett, Jacob Skaar, Ryan McVicker and Ryan Armbrustmacher in the 200 free relay and Nick Schieberl, Sackett, Conor Sands and Armbrustmacher in the 400 free relay. Cam won the 200 free and 100 back. Armbrustmacher won the 100 fly with DeWitt going 1-2-3 in that event! The final win of the night was Conor Sands in the 500 Free. State cuts were achieved by Sackett in the 200 free, Schieberl in the 200 IM and Schieberl in the 100 free. (12/18)


The JV Boys Basketball team gave St. Johns their first loss on the season last night 52-39.  Nice job guys!  Their next game is the Thursday after Christmas break versus Lansing Waverly. Good luck to both varsity basketball teams tonight!! (12/18/15)
