This month’s Math League competition  is scheduled for Tuesday during seminar in the presentation room.  (Read 1/5 and 1/8 )

Attention BPA members: We have an important BPA meeting today in the Presentation Room about Regionals. Please attend.(1/5)

Attention VGC members: There is a video game club meeting in Mr. Phillips room during seminar today.

     Student Services

EISD Career Prep Programs: Any student that attended the field trip to LCC West campus

in December and would like to attend a program next year must do the following:

 Meet with their assigned counselor

     Pick up a contract and return contract with completed information

Attention Seniors - Local Scholarship information will be available for interested seniors to on Monday, January 8th.  Stop into Student Services if you are interested.  This is an excellent opportunity for scholarships for seniors.

Any student interested in AP tests, sign up begins on Monday, January 8th.  A $15.00 deposit is due at the time of sign up.  There is an AP testing schedule posted in Student Services.


Athletics / Recognitions

The Girls Varsity Basketball team knocked off #3 ranked Howell Wednesday night 40-36. Annie McIntosh led the way with 14 points, while Maddie Petersen added 9 points.  Sydney Mills dominated the glass with 12 rebounds and the girls hit 12 for 16 free throws to pull out the victory.  They travel to Waverly Friday night for a Varsity doubleheader starting at 6:00. Wrestlers opened their league season with a dominating 68-6 victory of Charlotte last night. Great Job Wrestlers!

Mens Track Sign Up

If you are interested in being on the Men's track team this year sign up outside Coach Acre’s room

    Freshmen Boys Basketball: Defeated Howell on Wednesday 56-37.  Kylor Mills led

  The team with 19 points.  Keegan Fulton added 10 pts., while Aiden Petersen and  

             Andrew Debri both contributed with 9 pts. each.  Mills and Petersen both led the team

             with 8 rebounds apiece.

   That was followed by a loss on Thursday to a good Waverly team 38-55.  Connor McKean

   led the team with 14 points. Andrew Debri added 7 points and Aiden Petersen with 6
