Book Club - We are going to be reading Wool by Hugh Howey. Mr. B only has one or two copies left. This is a great dystopian book to curl up with over Christmas Break. We will meet in mid to late January, at Schuler’s to discuss the book. Remember you can engage in conversation on the DHS Book Club Blog. Finally, book club needs volunteers for a few concession dates. - See Mr. B or Cheyenne Hicks for questions/details about anything. (read through 12/19)

The Renaissance Club  - wants to thank all of the students, teachers and parents who donated hair for our 2nd Hair Donation drive. 36 people donated 316 inches of hair, that’s 26.42 feet of hair that will be used to make free hair replacements for kids with medically-related hair loss.  It’s the season on giving and you truly gave an amazing gift this year.

If you are interested in donating in the future, we plan to have another hair drive in December of 2019, so start growing it out now!

Festive Fun Days! - Student Government in conjunction with PALS would like to invite students and staff to celebrate with us! Tuesday celebrate with Candy Cane Stripes Day! Your representatives will be passing out small candy cane treats on Tuesday to thank you for your dedication and being here for the last two days before break.  Happy Festive Fun!
