Athletics / Recognitions

The Varsity Girls Basketball team brought home two victories over the holidays, beating Jenison on December 29th 54-41 and Howell on January 4th 53-43.  Maddie Petersen led the team in scoring for both games with 19 and 16 points respectively. The girls travel to Waverly on Tuesday night for another key CAAC-Blue match-up. The Varsity doubleheader will begin at 6:00 with the boys game. Call up a couple friends, drive approximately 10 minutes to Waverly, have a seat in the nice warm gym, identify other DeWitt students in the building to sit by in a large group, and have some fun cheering for the Panthers - both teams would really appreciate your support!
