Coins for Cancer! The Dewitt Girls Swim and Dive Team is holding a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Every seminar will receive a Gatorade bottle that they can fill with all loose pocket change! Dewitt and St. Johns will be competing to raise the most money! The bottles will be picked up on October 4th. Thank you! 10/2)


ART CLUB--there will be a meeting this Friday (10/6) for anyone who wants to be a part of the club.  We will be discussing times to work on the set for the musical, fundraisers, homecoming decorations and t-shirt design.  Please make every effort to be there!

    Student Services

Applications are now available in Student Services for students interested in tutoring.   We are still in need of tutors!  


Juniors and Seniors - check in Student Services for the list of upcoming college visits.


Sophomores - Interested in gaining valuable leadership skills?  Then consider applying to participate in the annual HOBY Leadership Conference.  You must provide an essay to be considered. 1-2 students will be selected to represent DHS.  See Student Services!


Athletics / Recognitions


This week, the tennis team will be selling DeWitt visors during lunch. The pink visor in honor of Breast Cancer Month is $20 and the blue visor is $17. Get them while they last!


Congrats to the Girls Cross Country Team.  The Lady Panthers placed 2nd out of 12 teams in Division 1 and 2, this past weekend at the DeWitt Invite.  The Panthers were led by Ashley Shipps, followed by Katie Vitou, Hannah Adler, Kaitlyn Hynes, Sofia Perez, Delaney Kirinovic, and Natalie Yabs.   Nice Job Ladies!(10/2)


The Girls' Swimming and Diving Team defeated Jackson 123 - 63. Elise Snyder, Jordyn Shipps, Karlie Janik, Lisette Fenneuff, Monique Jackson, Shelby Satkowiak, Sydney Shipps, and Victoria Powe all won first places.(10/2)
