Culinary Club meeting in 207 during seminar THIS WEDNESDAY. (1/25)


Japanese Club Members:  We will meet today to enjoy some Japanese culture games during seminar in sensei’s room.  Non-members are welcome too!  


FCCLA: there will be an FCCLA meeting Friday 1/27 during seminar in room 132.


Today during Seminar there will be a DCG meeting and SHARE in The Idea Hive. Don't miss it! Students in the Creative Leadership class and Creative Writing are highly encouraged to attend, however all students are welcome.


All cast members of Stand and Deliver should see Mr. Croley today during Pride right after announcements.


NHS members are reminded to check the NHS Twitter account for updates relating to service hour opportunities.


Choir Trip: There will be a MANDATORY Toronto meeting on Monday, January 30th in the Choir Room. If you are going on the trip you MUST be at the meeting to sign-up for rooms and tour groups (1/30).


Winterfest: Court Nominations are being taken NOW! Check your school email NOW and fill out the google form to nominate representatives from your class! (1/27)



Student Services

AP Testing: All students taking an AP class this school year interested in taking the AP exam must sign up in Student Services.  You will need a $15 non-refundable deposit at the time you sign up.  

Local Scholarship applications are now available in Student Services.  If you are interested in local scholarships, stop into Student Services and fill out the form.  If you turned in a scholarship request form, your scholarship applications can be picked up in Student Services.


Athletics / Recognitions


The Girls Varsity Basketball team raised its overall record to 11-1 with a 51-28 victory over Mount Pleasant last night, led by 16 points from Grace George and Maddie Petersen’s 8 points and 3 steals.  Sydney Mills scored 7 points and pulled down six rebounds.  The girls are back in action Friday night at home against Mason. (1-25)


The Boys Freshmen Basketball Team: Raised their record to 6-0 on the year with a 50-20 win last Thursday over Owosso, and a 50-19 win last night over Mt. Pleasant.  In the 2 wins Mikhail Sacla led the team with 19 points, Caileb Brown 18, Mason “Gibby” Gilbert 16, and Cooper Phillips 15. Gibby has led the team in rebounds and Drew Schorfhaar has led the defensive charge that has allowed an average of 19 points the last 3 games.  The boys play at Mason on Thursday and home vs Charlotte on Saturday.



DeWitt Lacrosse Club Information Night - tonight at 7:30 in the Junior High Auditorium.  This meeting is for girls and boys JV and Varsity players and parents.


Attention boys and girls interested in golfing this spring or next fall:  Please attend a meeting today in the Presentation room right after announcements.  (thru 1/25)
